Biksemad

Method
- In a large skillet or frying pan, heat some butter or oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced meat to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a bit more butter or oil if needed, then add the diced potatoes. Cook until they start to brown and become tender.
- Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and carrot to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
- Return the cooked meat to the pan and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook everything together for a few more minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve the Biksemad hot, garnished with some chopped fresh parsley on top or fried egg if desired.
- Enjoy!
