Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ham cooked diced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the diced ham and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.
  5. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and spinach in the skillet.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  8. Cook on the stovetop for 3-4 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
  9. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
