Ngau Pak Yip

Method
- In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry until they are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and bamboo shoots to the wok. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve the Ngau Pak Yip hot over steamed rice.
