Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb duck bones
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Place the duck bones in a bowl and season with soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the bones evenly.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or pot over medium-high heat.
  3. Carefully add the seasoned duck bones to the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry in batches if necessary.
  4. Fry the duck bones for about 6-8 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried duck bones from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve the fried duck bones hot as a snack or appetizer. Enjoy!
