Method
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the minced meat and cook until it’s browned, breaking up any lumps.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Stir in the turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes until the meat is cooked through and the flavors are well blended.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or bread of your choice.
- Enjoy!
