- 1 packet dumpling wrappers (or make your own dough)
- 2 cups leeks chopped
- 1 cup scallions chopped
- 1/2 lb ground beef or lamb (optional)

Instructions
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add leeks and scallions and sauté until softened.

- Lay out the dumpling wrappers and place a spoonful of the leek mixture in the center of each wrapper. Fold the wrappers in half and seal the edges with water.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Drop the dumplings into the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- In a separate pan, heat the tomato sauce until warmed through.
- To serve, place the cooked dumplings on a plate, top with tomato sauce, a dollop of yogurt, and garnish with chopped cilantro.
