Fried dill pickle chips

Method
- Drain the dill pickle chips and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Pour the buttermilk into another bowl.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (180°C).
- Dip the pickle chips into the buttermilk, then dredge them in the seasoned flour mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Carefully place the coated pickle chips into the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the fryer.
- Fry the pickle chips for about 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried pickle chips with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
- Serve the Fried Dill Pickle Chips hot with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
