Egyptian meatloaf pastry

Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the ground meat, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions.
- Cut the pita bread in half to form pockets or roll out the dough into circles.
- Stuff each pita half or dough circle with one portion of the meat mixture, pressing it down gently to fill the pocket.
- Place the stuffed pitas or dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with olive oil for a crispy finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and the pastry is golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
