Bacon-wrapped bananas with apricot glaze

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wrap each banana chunk with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the bacon-wrapped bananas on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, combine the apricot preserves, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
- Brush the apricot glaze over the bacon-wrapped bananas, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the bananas are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
