Fried cauliflower

Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Dip the cauliflower florets into the milk, then dredge them in the flour mixture, coating them evenly.
- Heat the cooking oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (180°C).
- Fry the coated cauliflower florets in batches for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Make sure not to overcrowd the pot.
- Remove the fried cauliflower with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve the fried cauliflower hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
