Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower large, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk for a vegan option)
  • Cooking oil for frying

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Dip the cauliflower florets into the milk, then dredge them in the flour mixture, coating them evenly.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (180°C).
  4. Fry the coated cauliflower florets in batches for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Make sure not to overcrowd the pot.
  5. Remove the fried cauliflower with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve the fried cauliflower hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
  7. Enjoy!
