Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients and set them out in separate bowls for easy assembly.
- Take each puri and gently make a hole in the top using your thumb.
- Fill each puri with a little bit of mashed potatoes and chickpeas.
- Add some chopped onions on top of the filling.
- Pour some flavored water into each puri.
- Drizzle some tamarind chutney and mint-coriander chutney on top.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, and red chili powder over the puris.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and sev.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
