Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich

Method
- Season the cube steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dredge each steak in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the breaded steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Toast the sandwich buns lightly in a separate pan.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing a fried steak on each bun, then topping with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, or any other desired toppings.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
