Ingredients
  

  • 4 cube steaks
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 sandwich buns
Toppings:
  • Lettuce
  • tomato
  • mayonnaise and any other desired toppings

Method
 

  1. Season the cube steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Dredge each steak in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the breaded steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. Toast the sandwich buns lightly in a separate pan.
