Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the sliced flank steak, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Set aside to marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, garlic, ginger, and Szechuan peppercorns. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
