- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Toothpicks

- In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper to create the filling.
- Lay out the beef slices and place a spoonful of the filling on each slice. Roll up the beef slices and secure with toothpicks.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the beef olives on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cover. Cook for about 45 minutes, until the beef is tender.
