Ingredients
- 1 lb large prawns peeled and deveined
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2-3 green chilies slit

- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder

- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
- Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Stir well to combine the spices with the onion mixture.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
- Add the prawns to the pan and cook for a few minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
