  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, salt, and baking soda.
  • In a separate container, whisk together the wet ingredients – beer, buttermilk, oil, and honey.
  • Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. The mixture will be wet and sticky.
  • Using a large spoon, dollop 6 semi-round balls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use the spoon to help shape them into a circular shape.
