Chocolate Miguelitos

Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into 8 equal squares.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of chocolate spread onto the center of each puff pastry square.
- Brush the edges of the pastry squares with beaten egg, then fold them over to form triangles. Press the edges together to seal.
- Place the filled pastries on the baking sheet and brush the tops with more beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. You can dust them with powdered sugar if desired.
