Method
- In a bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water until a smooth dough forms.
- Take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls or logs.
- Roll each piece of dough in sesame seeds to coat them evenly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Fry the coated dough pieces in batches until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the Belekoy from the oil and let them drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
