  2. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls or logs.
  3. Roll each piece of dough in sesame seeds to coat them evenly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  5. Fry the coated dough pieces in batches until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the Belekoy from the oil and let them drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
