  • In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • Add the beef or lamb cubes to the pot and cook until they are browned on all sides.

  • Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes, or until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
  • Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro or parsley.
