Method
- In a blender, combine the ripe mango chunks, chamoy sauce, fruit juice, lime juice, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little more fruit juice or water to thin it out.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness or tanginess by adding more chamoy sauce or lime juice, according to your preference.
- Pour the Chamoyada into glasses or bowls.
- If desired, you can top it with Tajin seasoning for an extra kick, or add fresh fruit chunks, a scoop of sorbet, or ice cream.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
