Irish smoked salmon is a type of salmon that has been cured and then gently smoked, giving it a distinctive and flavorful taste. When paired with cream cheese, tomato, onion, and capers, it creates a harmonious balance of flavors. The creaminess of the cheese, the tanginess of the capers, and the freshness of the tomato and onion create a delightful symphony of tastes. And of course, serving it all on a homemade bagel adds that extra touch of love and care.
