Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper

- 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
