Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450˚ degrees F.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook, breaking up the sausage with a wooden spoon and stirring occasionally, until sausage is lightly browned, approximately 4-5 minutes.
  • Add peppers and onion. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally, until peppers are soft and slightly brown, approximately 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Prepare a pizza pan or baking sheet, lining with parchment paper, if desired.
  • Roll out pizza dough and transfer to prepared pizza pan.
  • Spoon tomato sauce over the pizza dough. Add mozzarella cheese. Spoon the sausage and pepper mixture on top of the cheese.
  • Place the pizza in the oven and bake 13-15 minutes or until crust is golden-brown around the edges and the cheese melted.
  • While pizza is baking, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, and fresh lemon juice in a small bowl. Whisk until combined.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and slice into 8 slices. Drizzle pizza with garlic sauce and serve immediately. Enjoy!
