Pork picadillo

Method
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add the ground pork to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the raisins and sliced green olives to the skillet, stir to combine.
- Let the picadillo simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve the pork picadillo hot over rice or with your favorite side dish.
- Enjoy!
