Lemon Berry Smoothie is a delicious and refreshing blended drink made with mixed berries, lemon juice, yogurt or milk, and a sweetener like honey or agave. It’s a perfect combination of sweet and tangy flavors that make for a great breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the mixed berries, lemon juice, yogurt, honey or agave syrup, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more honey or lemon juice if desired.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if using.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
