Lemon Berry Smoothie

Method
- In a blender, combine the mixed berries, lemon juice, yogurt, honey or agave syrup, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more honey or lemon juice if desired.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if using.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
