Coconut Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
Method
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
- Add the coconut milk, honey, lime juice, and ice cubes to the blender.
- If using, add the spinach or kale to the blender for an extra boost of nutrients.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve chilled. Enjoy!
