Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can coconut milk (400ml)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 lime juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 handful spinach or kale for added nutrition

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the coconut milk, honey, lime juice, and ice cubes to the blender.
  3. If using, add the spinach or kale to the blender for an extra boost of nutrients.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve chilled. Enjoy!
