Caramel Granola
Ingredients
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 5 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
Instructions
- In a skillet mix together brown sugar, oats and cinnamon. Heat to high and cook for about 7 minutes.
- Remove skillet from heat. Add butter and caramel sauce. Mix until evenly coated.
- Thinly spread mixture on baking sheet and sprinkle with white sugar. Allow to cool. Cut into slices
