Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (or your choice of ground protein)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
Toppings of your choice:
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • cucumber etc.
  • Olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, feta cheese, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil.
  4. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns in the same skillet or grill pan until lightly golden.
  6. Assemble your Feta Burgers by placing a patty on each bun and adding your favorite toppings.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious homemade Feta Burgers!
