Feta Burger

Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, feta cheese, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns in the same skillet or grill pan until lightly golden.
- Assemble your Feta Burgers by placing a patty on each bun and adding your favorite toppings.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious homemade Feta Burgers!
