- 4 potatoes peeled and diced

Instructions

- Add the chopped tomatoes and bell pepper. Cook until they are soft and mushy.
- Add the pav bhaji masala, salt, and red chili powder. Mix well.
- Add the boiled potatoes and green peas to the pan. Mash them with a potato masher until well combined with the masala.
- Add some water to adjust the consistency of the bhaji. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Toast the pav (bread rolls) with butter on a griddle until they are golden brown.
- Serve the hot Pav Bhaji topped with fresh coriander leaves, a dollop of butter, and lemon wedges on the side.
