Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Toppings of your choice:
  • fruits sliced
  • nuts
  • seeds
  • dried fruit

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  2. Divide the oat mixture evenly into 4 jars or containers with lids.
  3. Seal the jars or containers and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
  4. In the morning, give the overnight oatmeal a good stir. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  5. Top each serving with your favorite toppings such as sliced fruits, nuts, seeds, or dried fruit.
  6. Enjoy!
