Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken livers
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Rinse the chicken livers and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Dredge the chicken livers in the seasoned flour mixture until they are fully coated.
  4. In a large skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Carefully place the coated chicken livers in the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
  6. Fry the chicken livers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove the fried chicken livers from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
