- Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade, reserving the marinade. Add the chicken to the pot and brown on all sides.
- Pour in the marinade mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
