Tandoori Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts skinless and boneless
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Tandoori masala spice mix
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Salt to taste
- fresh coriander chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, Tandoori masala spice mix, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, vegetable oil, and salt.
- Score the chicken breasts with a knife to help the marinade penetrate.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for the flavors to develop.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off any excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and charred in spots.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the Tandoori Grilled Chicken hot, garnished with chopped fresh coriander.
- Enjoy!
