Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 large potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 carrots peeled and diced
- 2 stalks celery diced

- 4 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
