Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon parsley minced, fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon basil fresh or dry
- 1 pinch oregano dried
- 1 tablespoon capers drained
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese sliced
- 2 tomatoes thinly sliced
- 1 jar roasted red peppers drained and julienne, 7 ounce
- 1 red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
- Mix together parsley, basil, oregano, capers, garlic and olive oil. On a serving plate arrange tomato and mozzarella cheese in desired presentation.
