Italian cheese balls

Italian cheese balls, also known as “arancini” or “supplì,” are delicious deep-fried snacks made from a mixture of cooked rice, cheese (usually mozzarella), and sometimes meat or vegetables. They are coated in breadcrumbs and then deep-fried until crispy and golden brown. They are a popular street food in Italy and are often served as appetizers or snacks

  5. Carefully place the cheese balls into the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
