Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan.
Once it has cooled, dust the cake with powdered sugar before serving.
