Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • green onions chopped for garnish
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the sauce mixture.
  4. Place the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through cooking.
  6. Once cooked, remove the chicken wings from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
