- Sprinkle the turmeric, coriander, chili powder, and salt over the okra. Stir to combine.
- Cook the okra, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes or until it is tender and slightly crispy.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
