Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon. Secure with a wooden skewer.
Brush the seasoned oil mixture over the bacon-wrapped shrimp.
Place the shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is cooked through.
You can also broil the shrimp for a couple of minutes at the end to make the bacon extra crispy.
Serve hot as an appetizer with your favorite dipping sauce or over a bed of salad.
