Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans sardine in tomato sauce 
  • 1 Small onion sliced
  • 1 stalk scallion chopped
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or use enough to sauté

Method
 

  1. To a skillet add oil and heat on medium. Sauté onion, garlic, scallion.
    Add cans of sardine in tomato sauce
    Add rhyme and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Serve with cooked rice or dumplings.
