Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium-sized beets
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • squeeze lemon juice for extra freshness (optional)

Method
 

  1. Wash and peel the beets, carrots, and cucumber.
  2. Cut the beets, carrots, and cucumber into small chunks to make them easier to juice.
  3. Take a juicer and feed the beet chunks into the juicer. Repeat the same process with the carrots and cucumber.
  4. Once all the vegetables are juiced, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
  5. Give the juice a good stir to mix in the flavors.
  6. Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy!
