Method
- Wash and peel the beets, carrots, and cucumber.
- Cut the beets, carrots, and cucumber into small chunks to make them easier to juice.
- Take a juicer and feed the beet chunks into the juicer. Repeat the same process with the carrots and cucumber.
- Once all the vegetables are juiced, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
- Give the juice a good stir to mix in the flavors.
- Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy!

The pulp from the vegetables will accumulate in the juicer. You can discard it or use it in other recipes like veggie burgers or compost it!
