Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, sea salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the pumpkin puree, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a batter forms.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
Slice and serve with your favorite toppings, such as butter or almond butter.
