Gently fold in the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
