- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, parsley, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the crab cakes and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
- Serve the New England Crab Cakes hot with your favorite dipping sauce or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Enjoy!
