- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.
- Chop the mixed fresh herbs finely and add them to the eggs along with the chopped onion and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat some olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the bottom is set.
- Carefully flip the kükü and cook the other side until cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and slice into wedges. Serve hot. Enjoy!
