Krumkake

No ratings yet
Krumkake is a traditional Norwegian waffle cookie made from flour, sugar, butter, and cream. The batter is poured onto a special decorative iron and cooked until it becomes crispy and golden. Once cooked, the thin waffle is rolled into a cone shape while it's still warm. Krumkake is often enjoyed during holidays or special occasions and can be filled with whipped cream, fruit, or other sweet fillings.
