Cook the rice and lentils separately according to package instructions until they are both cooked through but still slightly firm.
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are caramelized and crispy.
Add the minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the onions. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the saucepan and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
To serve, layer the rice, lentils, and macaroni in a bowl. Top with the spicy tomato sauce and garnish with the crispy onions.
Serve hot with extra hot sauce or chili flakes if desired.
